Ken Ingram, President & CEO

Ken brings experience and wisdom to the Families Choice Home Care management team. Ken has 25 years of executive management experience most recently serving as the Chief Information Officer at the Children’s Oncology Group in Arcadia, California. Throughout his career, Ken has mastered a variety of skills including project management, interpersonal skills, and more. Ken’s business knowhow and wisdom is invaluable to Families Choice Home Care. Having had many medical problems himself, Ken has experienced firsthand just how important in home care services truly are. For a period of a couple months, Ken experienced what it was like to be unable to care for himself at which time he realized the true value of what our services can do for someone. Having been in the position of needing in home care himself, Ken can relate to our clients and knows exactly what they want and need and how to deliver that to them. Ken isn’t just a well versed manager, but a truly caring and compassionate human being.

Tim Ingram, Vice President of Marketing

Tim brings youthfulness and energy to the Families Choice Home Care management team. Tim recently graduated from California State University, San Bernardino with honors with a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing as well as a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Management. Tim has worked for two fortune 500 companies having spent two and a half years working for the Walt Disney Company as well as a year and a half with Wells Fargo. In his time at Wells Fargo Tim maintained a superior level of customer service, achieving a 100% customer satisfaction record, the highest in the district. Having spent four years with two of the most customer service oriented companies in the world, Tim is well prepared to treat his clients with the care and the utmost respect they deserve.

 

Nancy Ingram, Office Administrator

Nancy brings organization and dedication to the Families Choice Home Care management team.  In addition to being a caregiver for the last 10 years, Nancy has spent the past several years as an executive assistant tasked with keeping all business affairs in order and on track. Nancy is a dedicated individual who does what it takes to get things done and done right. Having taken care of her elderly aunt for many years, she understands the stress of having to care for a family member and knows the reliefs of having a professional caregiver take over for her. Nancy knows what our clients and their families are going through having personally gone through the same thing. Nancy is the caring type of individual meant to work with seniors.

 

 

Sally McGuire, Care Consultant

Sally has always been a “caregiver” by nature, gaining first hand experience by providing care to a loved one, her Father-in-law, when he became ill and lived with her for more than four years, until he passed away. The experience forced her to be involved with all facets of the Health Care Industry, as well as learn the complexities of the medical system and medical insurance options. Wanting do something that would provide her with a feeling of accomplishment, but also fulfill her need to help others, especially seniors, Sally earned her certification as a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). Sally is committed to providing industry leading service with a personalized touch by meeting with each family personally and staying connected 24/7 via e-mail or phone. Sally strives to help seniors through the ever changing process of “Aging with Dignity”.
