The CCA® designation elevates our caregiver’s knowledge and status in the industry and instills in them the highest standards of caregiver professionalism. It also provides our caregivers with unparalleled training in hospice care—how to assist patients with end-of-life care and prepares them for the emotional consequences of caring for the terminally ill.
Clients can trust our caregivers to perform their duties with professionalism and dedication while they help clients maintain independence and treat them and their loved ones with the dignity and respect that they deserve. Many of our caregivers and leadership team members also have extensive experience caring for Alzheimer’s and dementia patients.

About Our Leadership
Ken Ingram, Founder & Original CEO
Ken brought more than 25 years of executive leadership experience to Families Choice Home Care, but his greatest contribution was the wisdom, compassion, and personal perspective he brought to the people around him.
Ken co-founded Families Choice Home Care alongside his son, Tim, and wife, Nancy with a shared belief that families deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and genuine care. His years of leadership and experience in executive management helped shape the foundation of the company, while his natural ability to connect with people made him an invaluable part of our team.
Ken also understood the importance of home care on a deeply personal level. After experiencing significant health challenges of his own, there was a period when he was unable to care for himself and experienced firsthand the vulnerability that comes with needing assistance. That experience gave him a unique understanding of what our clients and their families face—and an even deeper appreciation for the difference compassionate, dependable care can make in someone’s life.
Ken passed away in 2024, but his presence remains an important part of Families Choice Home Care. The values he believed in, the relationships he built, and the foundation he helped create continue to influence who we are today.
We are honored to recognize Ken as our Founder and Original CEO, and even more honored to carry forward the legacy he helped build.
Tim Ingram, President & CEO
Tim brings a depth of experience, perspective, and genuine passion for serving families to his role as owner of Families Choice Home Care.
His journey in business was shaped by his early experiences with two of the world’s most recognized customer-service organizations, The Walt Disney Company and Wells Fargo. Those experiences instilled in him a lasting belief that exceptional service is about more than simply meeting expectations—it’s about treating people with respect, compassion, and the understanding that every person and every family has a unique story.
Since becoming an owner, Tim has had the opportunity to grow Families Choice Home Care while navigating the many challenges and rewards that come with building a business. That experience has shaped his approach to leadership and reinforced what he believes matters most: taking care of people, building a strong team, and earning the trust of the families we serve.
Today, Tim is focused on creating an organization that families can trust, employees can be proud to be part of, and the community can depend on. He remains committed to the same principles that guided him from the beginning—exceptional customer service, treating people with dignity, and always striving to do the right thing.
While much has changed since Tim first entered the home care industry, his commitment to people has remained at the heart of everything he does.
Nancy Ingram, Office Administrator
Nancy brings organization and dedication to the Families Choice Home Care management team. In addition to being a caregiver for the last 10 years, Nancy has spent the past several years as an executive assistant tasked with keeping all business affairs in order and on track. Nancy is a dedicated individual who does what it takes to get things done and done right. Having taken care of her elderly aunt for many years, she understands the stress of having to care for a family member and knows the reliefs of having a professional caregiver take over for her. Nancy knows what our clients and their families are going through having personally gone through the same thing. Nancy is the caring type of individual meant to work with seniors.
